I came in looking for a new car and I met Roger. Hands down the reason why I bought my car through Spreen Mazda. He made the whole process so smooth and joyful. He was unlike most car dealers, he was very helpful and honest and didn't push anything, which I personally prefer. I ended up coming back a couple weeks later to get my new car and only wanted to be with him because he was such a big help and made everything so simple. The service we got from him has my whole family wanting to go in and buy a Mazda from him. I got my new car and I love everything about it, it won't be our last Mazda purchase.
First off let me just start by saying I hate to buy new cars!!! I hate pushy salesman, I hate the pushy sales managers and the anxiety that comes with the experience is awful!!! Now with that being said I went to Spreen Mazda to look for a car for my 18yr old daughter and Our salesman Roger was absolutely AMAZING!!! He made what I thought was going to be a horrible experience into a simple laid back experience!!! I will definitely be buying my next car from Roger!!! Thank you so much for treating us so well Roger!!! I will be back when Stacey buys her car and definitely when I am ready for a new one myself!!!
Hi . Iam letting anyone who wants great service here in loma linda mazda dealership. My daughter and I can in not knowing what issues were right on the paperwork from a totally different place . No one could give us honest and prompt care until when we walk into spreen masda. Loma linda. A young man phillip. Was very nice and caring for our issues. Not only did he listen but handled the problem . Right away. Thank you. Because of this we are returning here for our car. And possible getting a newer car in the future .nice to feel our car in in good hands. Thanks for going the extra mile. Really appreciate this.. I wish we had known to come here first...
