I came in for routine maintenance. All the estimates (time and cost) were on point. If there is any trouble or unexpected situations (there wasn't), it is immediately brought to attention of the owner and consent is sought before work is started on it. This dealer was under renovation, so temperature of the waiting area was warm. But that wasn't under the control of the employees, and it wasn't too uncomfortable. They had donuts and a coffee maker and water dispenser. Won't hesitate to bring my car again, when needed.

I was driving in from Northern Arizona when my engine and tire lights came on, Bill help me out right away, no waiting. The next day my air conditioner stopped working and he helped me out again, I told him I was driving through the desert to get home and he tried to fix it. Brian called me the next day to make sure we arrived home safely. The best service I’ve received from Mazda!

Our salesperson, Tracy, was very helpful and nice. She genuinely seemed interested in us being satisfied with our buying decision. Tracy gave us the opportunity to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted and was very understanding with us through our trials and tribulations. Julianna from finance was very professional. She explained everything we weren’t sure about and gave us ample time to read the paperwork before signing.

I was promptly welcomed upon arrival. The courtesy van driver was friendly and efficient. Service was finished on schedule. Overall Spreen offered a smooth, effortless experience.

The service Department did exactly what they said they were going to do and in the time they were going to take. The price was fair and the personnel were great, above any other Mazda dealers I have been to. I travel an extra 49 minutes just to go to this dealership.

The service team has always been transparent and friendly. At checkout, a service member will go over the service that was provided and let you know about needed services in the near future if indicated.

I have always have a great experience at Spreen Mazda for Service. They get the job done without upselling and I enjoy hanging out in the lounge area. Usually it is done in 1-1.5 hours.
